Thrifty AI and its affiliates engage third-party subprocessors to help us provide services to our customers, including Thrifty Studio, the Thrifty AI APIs and SDKs, Thrifty Agent, and managed deployments. A subprocessor is a third-party processor that receives data from Thrifty AI and processes personal data on behalf of our customers. Thrifty AI imposes contractual data protection obligations on each subprocessor that are no less protective than those in our Data processing agreement.
Below are the categories of subprocessors Thrifty AI engages to provide real-time, face-to-face conversations with artificial humans. The specific providers and processing locations for each category are being confirmed and will be listed here. Not every category is used for every customer; for example, recording storage applies only where a customer enables recording, and meeting platform integrations apply only where an artificial human is directed to join a meeting.
