AI for Capacity Building · Vigyan Bhawan · New Delhi, India
The workshop "AI for Capacity Building: Transforming Governance" was a pre-summit event of the India AI Impact Summit. We built its AI ambassador, Nityani, with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat under Mission Karmayogi and the IndiaAI Mission.

The story
Nityani's name says what she's for: nitya, always and everywhere, and ani, to guide. She is always available to help people understand Mission Karmayogi, its vision and achievements, and the impact it is having on training government officials across India.
She wasn't a back-end system or a static screen. Nityani appeared as a digital AI ambassador with a human face, a voice and a presence, because learning works best when it feels natural and conversational.
Then we went a step further. Nityani entered the venue in physical form, inside a moving robot, greeting and guiding attendees and making AI for capacity building something people could see and touch.
“When AI becomes human-first, always present and mission-aligned, it stops being a buzzword and starts becoming infrastructure.”
